Windows Alpha is behind a release gate
The public Windows installer stays dark until signing, production storage, and on-device acceptance are complete. When the signed-in account pilot is enabled, its gated Windows card appears in the account experience.
Device detection only changes the recommended order. It never hides an available platform or redirects you without your choice.
